Wrapped Ethereum (WETH) refers to the ERC-20 compatible version of Ethereum (ETH). Pegged to ETH at a 1:1 ratio, WETH is a currency that is used to make an offer and sell NFTs in an auction on BMall.

Utility of WETH on BMall

On BMall, there are only two use cases when WETH is needed to make a transaction on the Ethereum Network:

• When making an offer for an NFT in an auction

• When selling your NFT in an auction

Keep in mind that WETH isn’t needed every time you want to trade. However, the use cases above are likely to occur at some point in the future, so make sure to bookmark this page 😉

Please note that tokens other than ETH on the Ethereum Network can also be used.

How to Convert Between ETH and WETH on BMall

Only have ETH in your wallet? Don’t worry, BMall’s got you.

1. After signing in, click on the user icon located on the top-right corner of BMall.

2. Click Convert then enter the amount you wish to convert. If you want to convert WETH to ETH, click the arrow symbol.
